QROS-PROPRIETARY LICENSE

This package contains COMPILED, STRIPPED, STATICALLY-LINKED BINARY EXECUTABLES
(the "Software"). NO SOURCE CODE is provided or implied.

1. GRANT. Equantum grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
   license to install and run the Software on a single machine, solely for your
   internal security-testing and assessment purposes, subject to the terms below.

2. LICENSE GATE. The scanner and recon binaries require a valid, hardware-bound
   license issued by the qros.dev platform for the machine that ran `onboard`.
   No valid license → the binary exits with code 126 and performs no scan.
   The license is offline with a 7-day grace period; `sync` renews it.

3. RESTRICTIONS. You may NOT:
   (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive
       the source code of the Software (except to the extent applicable law
       prohibits this restriction);
   (b) redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or host the Software for third
       parties without prior written permission from Equantum;
   (c) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or license notice;
   (d) use the Software to scan, probe, or test any system, network, or asset
       that you do not own or are not explicitly authorized to test.

4. AUTHORIZED USE. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have
   authorization to test any target. The Software's license gate verifies the
   QROS license only — it does NOT verify your authorization scope. Unauthorized
   scanning of third-party systems may be illegal.

5. NO WARRANTY. The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind,
   express or implied. In no event shall Equantum be liable for damages arising
   from the use or inability to use the Software.

6. TRADEMARKS. QROS and the QROS logo are trademarks of Equantum Ciberseguridad
   y Blockchain S.L.

linked; no third-party source or shared libraries are distributed in this package.
